Installation

Before installation make sure your vehicle is supporting  ISO 9141-2 protocoll. Some vehicles might require to connect both K-Line and L-Line. Installation of blueOBD© is easy: PIN 5, 7, 16 of OBD-2 connector with blueOBD© as show in this table: That's it!

First test:

Use e.g. Microsoft® HyperTerminal (9600,8,N,1, no flow control) to connect to blueOBD© you should see the prompt of the protocol chip. Depending on supported diagnostic protocoll of your vehicle and revision of blueOBD© you can start to install e.g. following software:

Just connect to
blueOBD© using COM6: after you have created bluetooth serial port profile on your PDA. OBD Gauge will automatically open the bluetooth conncetion for you. Find screen copies of my PDA here:
